Do I need to get on a call?
No. There are no sales calls. You order through our online form, we email you a preview link, and you request changes by email. Everything is in writing, so you can reply whenever suits you.
Do I pay before I see anything?
No. We design a free 3-page draft of your site first. You only pay once you've seen it and picked a package.
What do I need to send you?
Your business name, current website (if you have one), your services, phone, email and suburb, plus anything you'd like included. Photos are welcome but optional. The order form covers it all.
What if I don't like it?
Just reply by email. You can ask for changes, or say no thanks and that's the end of it. You owe nothing and we take the preview down.
How do payments work?
One payment, made securely online by card when you've seen your free draft and picked a package. No deposit. All prices are in Australian dollars.
How long does it take?
A one-page site is live within 7 days of you saying go. Bigger sites depend on how many pages and how quickly we get your content, and we'll confirm a date with you by email before we start.
Who owns my website and domain?
You do. Your domain name is registered in your name, so you always stay in control of it.
What about hosting and my domain?
Every package includes 12 months of hosting, free. After that, the Essentials care plan ($39 a month) keeps your site hosted with us, or you can take your site files and host them anywhere you like. Your domain name (like yourbusiness.com.au) is separate: it's registered in your name and you pay for it yourself, usually about $20 to $30 a year. Don't have one yet? We can register it for you at cost.
Do I need a care plan?
Not for the first year, because every package includes 12 months of hosting. After that, you need Essentials ($39 a month) for us to keep hosting your site, and it also covers small edits and email support. Plus ($99 a month) adds up to 1 hour of changes each month. Prefer to host it yourself? We'll hand over your site files.
Can you work with my booking system?
Yes. Every site includes a booking link to the online calendar you already use, such as Fresha, Cliniko, HotDoc or Calendly. The launch offer and the online bookings package set online bookings up for you.
Do you set up email?
We don't host email ourselves. We'll point you to a reliable provider like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 and send you clear steps to connect it to your domain.
Where are you based?
North Epping, in Sydney's north-west. We work with small businesses right across greater Sydney, all by email, so it doesn't matter which suburb you're in.
I run a health practice. Is that a problem?
Not at all. We keep your site in line with AHPRA advertising rules: no patient testimonials, no “best” claims and no promised outcomes.
